Wear a hat day is back at Xtreme Gyms. On Thursday 29 March you are invited to break the rules at the
gym and wear a hat whilst training!
All you have to do is pay £1 and you can wear your hat and break the rules - just for the one day!

Brain Tumour Research
Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. With your support we will be helping to raise money for valuable research.

Brain tumours are indiscriminate; they can affect anyone at any age. What’s more, they kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer… yet just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this devastating disease.

We are striving to fund a network of seven dedicated research centres whilst challenging the Government and larger cancer charities to invest more in brain tumour research.
We are the only national charity in the UK that is purely dedicated to raising funds for continuous and sustainable scientific research into brain tumours and we are a leading voice calling for greater support and action for research into what scientists are calling the last battleground against cancer.”
