Weight Lifting Course
Looking to start weight training? Look no further – this course is your ideal starting point! Dive into an exploration of diverse weight training techniques and their effects on the body. Throughout the course, you'll engage in hands-on gym sessions, mastering the art of lifting, create effective training programs, and seamlessly integrating them into your routine. You will also gain the knowledge and skills needed to execute each lift with precision. Choose the course on Monday morning at 0600 or Thursday evening at 1830. Members £59; Non Members £99

Advanced Weight Lifting Course
An exciting journey into advanced resistance training techniques, including Olympic Lifting, drop sets, super sets, and more. Perfect for those who have mastered the basics, this course is designed to break the monotony, infuse innovation into your routine, and unlock a new realm of skills to add to your workouts. This course is perfect for anyone who is comfortable with weight lifting and looking to learn new skills. This course will be on Saturday mornings at 0730

Kids Boot Camp
Kids Boot Camp Classes are returning. Free classes for kids aged 5-13 years when their parents are members of Xtreme Gyms. Your kids will enjoy a variety of exercises including circuits, weight training and boxing. Classes will be held on Tuesday and Thursday 1630-1715.
